The Strength Behind Our Metal Works
WORKSHOP MANPOWER

Our workshop manpower consists of a skilled and diverse team of professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality services across multiple disciplines. This includes structural, architectural, and design engineers, who ensure precision and functionality in every project, alongside experienced supervisors overseeing smooth operations. We have expert CNC designers and operators for cutting-edge fabrication, as well as talented fabricators, welders (6G & TIG), and machinists who bring our designs to life. Additionally, our team includes proficient pipe fitters, painters, and polishers to handle finishing details. Helpers and erectorsĀ round out the team, providing essential support and installation expertise to ensure the successful execution of every project.
WORKSHOP MACHINERIES

Our workshop is fully equipped with state-of-the-art machinery to provide top-tier services. We specialize in precision cutting with CNC waterJet, CNC laser machines, CNC routers, and CNC lathes, ensuring highly accurate results for complex designs. Our capabilities also include bending, shearing, rolling, and lathe operations using advanced machines like the bending machine, shearing machine, and rolling machine. For structural applications, we offer shear stud welding and mechanical punching services. We perform both TIG and electrical welding for a wide range of metal fabrication projects. To support our operations, we use air compressors, angle grinders, bench grinders, as well as radial and magnetic drilling machines. This extensive array of machinery allows us to deliver a wide variety of services with precision and efficiency.
WORKSHOP MATERIAL HANDLING

Workshop material handling involves the efficient and safe movement of heavy or bulky materials using specialized equipment. mobile cranes and chain hoists are crucial for lifting and positioning large loads within the workshop, offering flexibility and precision. forklifts provide easy maneuverability for transporting items across short distances, while trailers are ideal for moving materials in bulk. pickups, with their versatility, are often used for transporting smaller loads or equipment to and from different locations. Together, these tools ensure smooth operations in workshops handling heavy materials.
